Another Week

Wow it's Monday lunch time already. Up at the busy, buzzing Queen's Student's Union. Yesterday, I didn't do my Sunday review of next week and now it's next week.

Do you do a, 'the week ahead' Sunday Review ?

I did have a breakfast meeting and i was able to check my two calendars (personal+business) to fit in helping someone. My note to self was I need to combine both calendars plus make sure I keep all my potential activities updated.

My calendar workflow still needs work. Like, last week I booked in a number of free online training sessions funded by Levelling UP and organised by Belfast City Council. I now seem to have entered the sessions not once but three times into my calendar.

I need to do one of two things. Either, work with my Manila outsourcing agent to hire a part time 'Global PA' or pay for Motion AI calendar to do it for me.

I assume a PA will be able to go through my emails, interveiw bookings, whatsapp messages etc to organise my Calendar. Motion AI may require more input on my side.

Both of these solutions have a monetary cost. But I know I need to do something.
